I have visited many Buffalo Wild Wings in my travels with the military and find most to be a pleasurable experience. Unfortunately, the one in Jefferson City continues to be a disaster every time I try to eat there. My colleagues and I have stopped trying to eat lunch there due to the slow service. The last two times I have attempted to order carry out, they have lost my order and stated they would put it in when I got there. They seem to have missed the part about calling ahead to avoid this very situation. At this point, we all are going to avoid this establishment.

I have to admit this buffalo has shown great improvement since they got rid of the general manager and some of the other managers. The staff has been changed and may I say the new staff and management are the best. I now visit this resturant several times a week and always get the best service. I would tell anyone that they should try it again we love this place and you will too

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night. My husband and I do not like going here because every single time we go, our bill is messed up. Last night, we were there for 2 hours and got charged for 19 big beers. After pointing this out to the waitress, she got her manager who was an arrogant asshole and instead of taking the beers off, argued with us that it was possible for two people to drink that much. 19 big beers is almost equivalent to 47 beers-in two hours! He finally took 6 beers off after calling another manager in Columbia! It is sad but you really have to keep track of what you order because this has literally happened every time we go there and we've probably been there 10 times. The only reason we go back is because my husband likes watching sports.

Went for the first time to the location in Jefferson City - the food was good, a bit overpriced but not too bad, the service could have been better if the waitress would have realized there was 3 people at the time not just 1. She refilled 1 drink 3 times before I finally had to ask to have mine filled - then she offered a to go to one person at the table and never asked the other 2 if we would like one also. The restaurant itself is very loud (there was not many people in the restaurant but it was still hard to carry on a conversation with our own table).

I am not impressed with the Jeff City BWW's. I've been there five times and every time I wonder why I went back. The service is horrible, even when they aren't busy. The menu doesn't have a lot of selection. The food is overpriced for what you get and somehow our order is always wrong. The management needs to step up and get some people who wanna work for their tips. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a drink refil or to run your check. Horrible.

My coworkers and I just had possibly the slowest service ever. We arrived at BWW at noon, waited a little over 5 minutes for our waitress to arrive, and did not receive our food until 12:45. The chicken breast sandwich was about 2/3 the size of its bun and dry. The waitress did not return to our table to apologize for the slowness of the order, and after we were done we had to go to the front counter to get our checks. We ended up being 15 minutes late getting back to work. The restaurant was not particularly crowded at the time. As someone who has worked LOTS of foodservice I have empathy for the entire staff, but there was NOT an overwhelming lunch rush and to wait that long for two sandwiches, a wrap, and a salad is intolerable.

The last time I went there and I mean the last time, the service was horrible. it has been bad since day one but this was the worst. got a table almost right away but took almost 10 minutes to order drinks, another 10 to order food. I still didnt have my drink from the bar when food came. five minutes into the meal my drink finally comes. We never got asked about refills or if I wanted another drink. it took almost 15 minutes to bring the check. I found out why when we left. we could see in the kitchen and the wait staff was busy playing catch with the cook staff. i cant wait for this place to close down.

Okay, so my last review will need this to be added. We sat at the bar area for 15 minutes without ever being acknowledged. We also did not receive any menus so the friends and I were left for dead and at about the 20 minute mark we finally got our drinks, tall beers, totally warm. Awesome. She came back about 10 minutes later allowing us to order from the one menu we could scramble together. Food, eh. Service, worse. Employees were yelling at each other behind the bar and thought their issues were more important than the service of customers. It's sad we get a great place to eat in Jefferson City and it gets the reputation that of a place about to go down the drain. Think before you go, if you're patient for this place or not!

Okay I gotta say I wasn't impressed. We waited quite for our order to be taken. Actually we waited quite a while just for our drink order to be taken, then when the food finally got there it was cold. I probably won't go again and we were with another couple who said they won't bother with it either. You guys better step it up or you are gonna lose business. Those TV's and games can only hold peoples attention so long.

This bar/grill is downsized just like everything else in Jefferson City. It's always crowded, very loud, and because of the quantity of people, your server may never be able to reach you. This "cage" of people is nice for anyone 21+ and consider it the hangout for anyone that likes the college life, given my ratings...

We have been less than satisfied with BWW's so far. Our first trip there was awful. The hostess told us we'd have a 30 minuite wait to be seated which turned into over an hour. Our waiter was rude. All of the orders were wrong and the waiter couldn't understand why we wanted to send our food back. It took 10-15 minutes to get refills of drinks. And I think the food is overpriced for what you get. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were new but our second trip there was just as bad. We ordered food to go and the girl taking the order on the phone was an idiot. It took five minutes to order food for two people because she couldn't get it straight. Then when we picked it up it was incorrect. Needless to say, we won't be back any time soon.

The new Buffalo Wild Wings in Jefferson City Missouri opened on October 8th 2009. For only being in its second week opening it already had excellent service and food. The wings and onion rings tasted just like if not better than the ones at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Columbia, Missouri that has been open for years. The atmosphere inside definitely felt like a Buffalo Wild Wings with the massive amount of TVs playing a variety sports. Even the men's bathroom had TVs in them! The only fault I could say about this specific one is that I wish it had more seating area for people. While eating, I noticed some people that came in near the same time had waited the entire time just to be seated. Once seated though, the service from the waitress was fast and accurate. 5 out of 5!
