We had a large party of 7 adults and 2 kids for a birthday dinner. The food was great, and even though the restaurant was full, our server was great in making sure that we had everything we need and our drinks were full.
They need to close this place down: the restaurant is dirty, most of the staff look like they came from a homeless shelter or the circus. The food was terrible, service horrible, took forever, manager was walking around with chew in his mouth and was heard yelling at the staff members which is not appropriate to do in the dining room. This was a bad bad bad bad bad experience. We will never go back again.
The food was good and the waiter was polite but it took forever to have our order taken and for him to process our payment
the food is always good and the correct order is always delivered. the staff has always been attentitive and helpful. it's a relaxing atmosphere.
I have went several times and it always takes at least 30-45 minutes before the food is served. It is usually cold and we never have what we order. When you have hungry kids to feed and have to wait that long it is not pleasant.
Service was terrible everytime i have went and it always takes over thirty minutes to get the food. BAD!
Very poor service. Was seated and not waited on for 20 minutes. Asked for a waiter, didn't get one, so we left and the hostess held the door and said thanks! We informed her what happened and she said thanks again! Will never step foot back in that place again! Service is horrible!
The service is always horrible, usually the food is cold by the time we get it and almost never get a refill on our drinks. We won't go here again.
Great food. Excellent wait staff. Smoke FREE, even in the Bar!!!! Go there every chance we get.
